We are excited to welcome Ahmed Krayem as the new CEO of Cedoc and JL Safety

Ahmed Krayem is the new CEO of Cedoc and JL Safety, both part of the Proton Group. With Ahmed at the helm, our goal is to grow, bring our vision to life in everyday operations, and strengthen customer relationships through solutions that truly make a difference.

Ahmed brings a strong background in IT, finance, and software development, particularly within the financial sector. He has extensive experience in building and developing companies, having held leadership roles in sales, product development, and delivery at InExchange, Aptic, and most recently as Delivery and Commercial Manager at Stacc Farm. Over the years, he has helped companies grow from startup phases to expansion, gaining experience in taking overall responsibility and turning strategy into results.

“I have often joined companies early in their journey and helped grow both turnover and organization. I have worked with delivery and sales for a long time and understand the importance of ensuring that what you promise customers is what you actually deliver,” says Ahmed.

Alongside his professional career, Ahmed is active in Skövde’s business community, Näringlivsforum Skövde, serving as chairman and contributing to regional growth and development.

Ahmed says it was the people he met that ultimately convinced him to join Proton Group:

“I didn’t know Proton Group before, but I quickly realized this is not just about values on paper. It’s warmth, intelligence, and drive combined with a clear desire to develop — it’s quite unique,” he explains.

Ahmed describes his first impressions of Cedoc and JL Safety as open and ambitious:

“There is a strong desire among employees to grow — and to do it now! My mission is to build stability and a shared vision that isn’t just something that looks good on LinkedIn, but something everyone can own and feel proud of,” he says.

He also has a clear international ambition:
“Visionarily, I see Cedoc and JL Safety expanding globally. We will continuously challenge ourselves to achieve new results through agile experimentation, creating real value for both our customers and employees.”

As a leader, Ahmed emphasizes presence and results:

“I want to be where it’s happening and listen actively. It’s important to be able to ask the ‘stupid questions.’ Leadership is about breaking down goals into something everyone can relate to and feel responsible for,” he explains.

He also stresses the balance between heart and brain — caring for people while ensuring clear processes and structures are in place.

Ahmed is eager to dive into the world of machine safety:

“There’s a clear parallel to the financial world I previously worked in: both are socially critical functions. Workplace safety is everyone’s responsibility and something I am deeply passionate about. Everyone should come home from work safely,” he says.
