### Image management
– There is now an option under settings in the startup window to set the maximum size of images attached to documents. This feature does not affect images already added to documents. When large images are attached, the file size of documents can grow quickly and this now allows CEDOC to automatically resize images to the preferred maximum size, given that images are larger than the specified maximum size. If the images are resized, the file size will be affected and thus also the image quality.

### Risk assessment
– The “Add” button to add actions is now always displayed at the bottom of the list of suggested actions
– Introduced keyboard shortcuts to create new risks and suggested actions. Requires clicking in one of the text boxes (area, risk source, cause, damage or one of the action proposals) so that the risk and/or action proposals are created in the right context.
– All items in the table of contents are now numbered.

### Risk assessment
– You can now enable a view that allows you to see and manage details of measures in the risk assessment that were previously only available in the action plan tab. This is a local setting per user and can be enabled from the startup window Settings > Editing > Action details on the risk tab
– Measure text now has a question mark icon indicating that it has been changed. Hovering the icon will present a tooltip with the change

– Delcaration can now be exported as a Word document via the menu File > Export > Word – Declaration. This makes it possible to customize the declaration to match own standards and procedures.
– Risk matrix can now be included in printouts of risk assessments through settings in the print menu.

– Measures to minimize the probability of sync issues with files stored on OneDrive or SharePoint.
– Document type in the list of recently opened documents matches the document even more. Documents that for example only have AFS selected will be displayed as “AFS 2023:11”
