Lisa Kovalenko, Customer Success Manager, Cedoc AB

From Language Expert to Customer Success – Lisa Is Our New Star!

Meet Lisa Kovalenko, our new Customer Success Manager with eight years of experience in project management, bid management, and change management within IT companies. Her key strengths? Optimizing and improving processes — skills that are especially valuable in Cedoc’s small, agile team, where collaboration and problem-solving are part of everyday life.

Why Cedoc?

Lisa was drawn to the opportunity to work at a growing company where you can truly make an impact and see tangible results. She values the close collaboration within the team and feels proud to work with a product that makes a real difference for both colleagues and customers.

A Passion for Languages

Languages and translation play a big role in Lisa’s life. She explains:

“Every new language means learning an entirely new culture. It has given me a deeper understanding of people and perspectives.”

In her free time, she translates Swedish crime novels into Ukrainian — a creative counterbalance to her professional life.

Previous Projects – Close to the User

Lisa is particularly proud of her involvement in developing an app for a transportation company. Working closely with end users and seeing immediate results was both rewarding and educational.

First Weeks at Cedoc

“Machine safety is far more complex than you might think.”

Lisa has already taken a deep dive into machine safety and CE marking and is fascinated by their complexity. She hopes Cedoc will continue to expand into more industries and reach more users — always with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.

She appreciated the strong kick-off through training at JL Safety, the warm welcome at Cedoc, and the opportunity to start contributing hands-on right away. Lisa enjoys experimenting and believes it’s important to take action — even at the risk of making mistakes — rather than staying passive. She now looks forward to continuing to share ideas and create value for our customers.

Open, Active, and Fun

That’s how Lisa would describe herself — and we agree! She has quickly become part of the team and is bursting with ideas. On her desk sits a LEGO typewriter and a fun mug, symbolizing her passion for language, creativity, and joy.
