Cedoc is currently in a phase where both the organization and technical platform are evolving for the future. As part of this journey, we are strengthening our development team with Issa, a developer with a strong focus on user value, quality, and long-term solutions.

Outside of work, Issa is deeply committed to family life and community involvement. Much of his free time is spent on the soccer field, where he serves as a coach and is responsible for the soccer school at IFK Skövde. For him, engagement is about more than the sport itself, it’s about helping young people grow, build confidence, and find their place.

The same mindset shapes his approach to working life. Issa is motivated by environments where the work has a clear purpose and where individual contributions become a meaningful part of the bigger picture. A workplace centered around responsibility, collaboration, and learning is essential for him to thrive and perform at his best.
