We are excited to announce that the new version of CEDOC is released! Unlike previous updates, this release will not be available as a standard update through cedoc.com. Instead, it will be a completely new service designed to streamline how you work with machinery safety and CE marking.

New CEDOC introduces a range of new features designed to streamline your machinery risk assessments and compliance processes. Key among these is compatibility with the latest Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 and AFS 2023:4, ensuring you remain aligned with current legal requirements.
A major enhancement is the automatic update feature. CEDOC will now notify you whenever new AFSs or directives are released, allowing you to effortlessly accept updates as they become available.
The user interface has also undergone a significant redesign. The new homepage provides a clear overview of your risk assessments, displaying critical details such as status, progress, and recent changes. Also, the risk assessment process itself is now more intuitive and user-friendly, with options to collapse or expand entire sections and quickly address multiple questions with a single click. Additionally, a “Not applicable” option for irrelevant sections can help you save a lot of time.

Undo/Redo Functionality – A requested feature that now allows you to undo or redo changes at the click of a button, either through CTRL+Z/CTRL+Y or the menu.
Colour-Coded Indicators – Flag specific categories in your risk assessment using green, yellow, and red indicators to highlight issues or draw attention to key areas for review.
Action Plan Filters – Easily filter and prioritize actions in the updated action plan for better task management and overview.
